What This Program Covers
Delivery includes
- Initial concept sketches and mood boards based on your brief
- High-poly sculpted model with full detail work
- Game-ready low-poly mesh with optimized topology
- Complete PBR texture set at resolution of your choice
- Rigged skeleton with standard bone hierarchy
- Three LOD variations for performance scaling
- Source files in your preferred format
Timeline adjusts based on character complexity and the number of revisions needed. Most humanoid characters
take between two to four weeks from concept to final delivery.
We work with your existing art style guides and technical specifications to ensure characters fit
seamlessly into your game world.
How We Structure the Work
Your game needs characters that players will remember long after they finish playing. We create 3D models
that work seamlessly in game engines while maintaining the artistic vision you have in mind.
The process starts with concept sketches based on your game's art direction and target platform
requirements. We iterate on silhouettes, proportions, and key features until the design feels right for your
project.
Once approved, we move into high-poly sculpting using industry-standard tools like ZBrush and Blender. This
stage captures all the fine details that give characters personality and depth.
Technical optimization matters as much as aesthetics
After sculpting, we retopologize the model to create clean, animation-friendly geometry. Low-poly versions
are built specifically for real-time rendering, ensuring your game runs smoothly on target hardware.
Texture work includes diffuse, normal, roughness, and metallic maps baked from the high-poly source. We
deliver models rigged and ready for your animation pipeline, with proper UV layouts and naming conventions
that integrate directly into Unity or Unreal Engine.
Each character package includes multiple LOD levels, allowing your game to maintain performance across
different viewing distances and hardware specifications.
